E.L Design was engaged to provide architectural services to implement designs prepared by KW Interiors for the rearrangement and upgrading of spaces on the First Floor to provide ‘state of the art’ conference rooms, function spaces, restaurant, two new commercial kitchens and revitalised amenities. The work included design and construct of roof areas to waterproof the building and relocation of all roof mounted plant. Architectural services included co-ordination of consultants, design input, documentation, Council and PCA approvals, tendering and contract administration.
