E.L. Design worked closely with the Clients to transform this run down C1900s Victorian semi-detached house into a light-filled, contemporary residence. With careful planning we were able to accommodate 3 generous bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, laundry, separate WC and spacious living kitchen area flowing through to an outdoor courtyard. References to the history of the original house were maintained through selection of finishes and detailing.
